I use VLC Player to watch these saved files. I put t know what kind of video file that you have but you should google a bit, but for this file format and you should get the hits and the details. The cam was simply connected using the USB cable that was supplied with the cam. I could play these files after that I have recorded on the HARD disk. Windows guard saying new hardware found but will not recognize the device and keeps wanting to search for drivers.
